Sloooooowly getting back into training

So, the slum of no training is coming to an end. Hopefully. I really need to kick my ass into gear. I’m finally running, but not like I should be and not like how I’ve planned out. I was primarily wanting to throw down a 1:45 half marathon (8:00/mile pace) time at Space Coast, but my lackadaisical approach will most definitely not get me there.

It’s technically week 4 of my 12 week plan and I’m barely doing 30% of my runs. This is horrible. I figured after a nice break from everything I could easily get back into it, but that’s proving to not be the case.
