Reading Time: < 1 min Forgot to mention that I ended up bottling my beer last week Wednesday night. So, it should be carbonated by this coming Thursday. Mr. Beer instructions states to condition the beer for up to 2 weeks, but I’ll try one out anyway on Thursday. Stay tuned for the results.

Reading Time: < 1 min Completed the second day of the boot camp I’m currently doing. This thing is no joke, I’m in waaay worse shape than I thought I was. But, I’m gonna stick with it through completion. I guess seeing sun rises like this are the reward for now….
